Packed with puffed quinoa, a rich swirl of Swiss milk chocolate and a peanut butter kick, these little bites are a guilt-free treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. Ingredients

  •         245g H&B Puffed Quinoa
  •        100g H&B Swiss Milk Chocolate
  •         2tbsp H&B Crisp Crunch Peanut Butter
  •         1tbsp H&B Coconut Oil

 

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave in 30-second bursts.


Step 2

Add to mould, small cupcakes or a large loaf tin (whichever you prefer).


Step 3

Refrigerate until they harden, it should take one to two hours.


Step 4

Remove from the moulds and store in the fridge.
